The Spastic Centre of NSW was established in Sydney in 1945 and during its long history has grown to become one of the largest providers offering a range of services to more than 3,000 babies, children and adults each year ... One in every 400 babies born each year will have cerebral palsy. The Spastic Centre services are now provided on a regional basis with over 60 sites across metropolitan Sydney and Newcastle areas, with families living in rural and remote areas offered a range of Centre based and Outreach services.
