This report is a result of the Best Practice Framework project undertaken for Disability Services Division of the Victorian Department of Human Services by the Centre for Developmental Disability Studies. It was a component of the Colanda Future Needs Consultation Project.

It reviewed national and international research to identify and describe the key elements of community-based accommodation and support that provide the best personal outcomes for people with a disability.
